Abstract: A tape useful for an automatic bonding process when manufacturing a high-frequency semiconductor device, the tape comprising an insulating flexible film, and circuit patterns consisting of copper or copper-alloy formed on the insulating film, each of the circuit patterns having inner and an outer lead portions. A tin or tin-lead plated film is formed on the pattern, and an intermediate plated film is formed on at least the outer lead portion as an underlayer. The intermediate plated film consists of a metal or metal alloy selected from nickel, cobalt, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, indium or rhodium.

Abstract: An electroless gold plating solution comprises a base solution containing an alkaline hydroxide, water-soluble gold salt, boron hydrides, amino branes, and alkali metal cyanate, and further contains at least one of chemicals that of a fatty unsaturated alcohol, fatty unsaturated polyhydric alcohol, fatty unsaturated carboxylic acid, and derivatives thereof.

Abstract: An electrolytic gold plating solution including a soluble gold salt, a conductivity salt, and, in addition, a mixture of a lead compound and a complexing agent having the stability constant with lead of not less than 15 or a complex obtained from the lead compound and the complexing agent and/or an amine compound having a pyrrolidine, piperazine, piperidine, or pyridine skeleton.

Abstract: A sealed lead acid battery being equipped with a venting valve discharging inner gas to an outside of battery in the event that an inner gas pressure in the battery reaches a prescribed value, a valve opening pressure being set to 0.2-0.4 kg/cm.sup.2, an enforceable pressure of positive and negative plate groups being set to 35-60 kg/dm.sup.2, polypropylene with filler being used for a material of container, and a side wall thickness of the container being set to 2-4 mm.

Abstract: An image display apparatus has an: image signal receiver for simultaneously receiving two different image signals, a first image signal and a second image signal; a memory for writing therein the second image signal; controlling means for controlling the writing position, writing frequency, writing sequence, reading-out sequence, reading-out frequency and start-timing of reading-out of the second image signal; a display for displaying full picture information or partial picture information of the second image signal a part of a displayed picture of the first image signal by selectively reading-out the second image signal under the control of the controller; and zoom-up device for stepwisely or continuously varying the writing position and reading-out position of the second image signal controlled by the controller so as to zoomwisely display the full or partial picture of the second image signal on the picture of the first image signal.

Abstract: A television receiver is disclosed, which receives two television signals and compresses a time axis of one of the television signals and inserts the compressed signal to a portion of the other television signal to display both signals on the same screen. A signal indicating a boundary of the two images is produced from a synchronizing signal derived from one of the two received television signals and the boundary indicating signal is superimposed on one or both of a brightness signal and a chrominance signal to display the boundary.
