The blank or integrated blanks is hardened after a bushing having no effect on the hardening has been provided in the hole of the blank or integrated blanks for the drive pin. The bushing is precisely finished by reaming with a reamer, then the drive pin is press-fitted into the bushing. Thus the weight is completed.
