  • Publication number: 20130232317
Abstract: A vector processing apparatus includes a storage pointer generation unit and an instruction execution unit including a plurality of vector pipeline units. The storage pointer generation unit receives the vector instruction and range information thereof and generates the storage pointer value. When receiving a succeeding vector instruction being able to be processed in parallel together with a preceding vector instruction, the storage pointer generation unit updates the storage pointer value based on the range information so as to input each element of the succeeding vector instruction into a vector pipeline unit that is unused by the preceding vector instruction, and the instruction execution unit processes in parallel the preceding vector instruction and the succeeding vector instruction according to the storage pointer value.

  • Patent number: 7038144
Abstract: An electronic component having an electrode structure to increase an allowance positional deviation in a mounting process as well as a method and a structure for mounting a semiconductor device are provided. The semiconductor device includes, on electrodes, connection materials connecting the semiconductor device and a substrate. The connection materials include a composite connection material formed of a core and a conductor covering the core, the core having an a low modulus of elasticity at room temperature smaller than that of the conductor at room temperature, and a single-layer connection material formed of a conductor.

  • Patent number: 6213730
Abstract: A variable flow control apparatus for a pump, including a discharge passage communicating with the pump, a variable flow control valve operative to vary a flow of fluid passing through the discharge passage and disposed within the discharge passage, and a flow control circuit cooperative with the discharge passage to permit a predetermined flow of the fluid. A drain valve within the flow control circuit is actuatable in response to a difference between pressures upstream and downstream of the variable flow control valve. The variable flow control valve includes a spool bore communicating with the discharge side of the pump, a spool moveably disposed in the spool bore and a spring unit biasing the spool to increase the opening area of the discharge passage. The spring unit includes first and second springs arranged in series.

  • Patent number: 5795142
Abstract: The invention relates to a vane cell pump with a control plate (8) and an end plate (6), between which a pump package (1) is located. The control plate (8) and the end plate (6) have suction and compression chambers (12, 12A and 13, 13A, respectively) opposite one another. While the control plate (8) controls the inflow and outflow of oil, the end plate (6) has a function of guiding the oil. According to the invention, the control edges (15, 15A, 16, 16A, 17, 17A, 18, 18A) on the end plate (6) are recessed relative to the control edges of the control plate (8). This provision enables more-economical manufacture.

  • Patent number: 4979885
Abstract: A sealing plug has a stem portion inserted into an inlet of the compressor and contacted with a valve body of a check valve for forcing the check valve from closed position to maintain the check valve at open position. The sealing plug is also provided with a seal body for establishing a fluid tight seal at the sealing position. The seal body can be shifted from the sealing position to gas discharge position with maintaining the stem portion contacting the valve body of the check valve to keep the latter open. At the gas discharge position, the sealing plug permits the pressurized gas in the compressor to be discharged for lowering the internal gas pressure.
