  • Patent number: 8602139
Abstract: A battery mounting structure for use on saddle-type electric vehicles which contributes to an increase in the rigidity of a vehicle body frame and attempts to achieve an increased battery carrying capability. Each of battery modules is in the form of a quadrangular prism having long sides and short sides as viewed in plan and vertical sides longer than the long sides. A vehicle frame includes a bulging region in which each of main frames bulges outwardly from a head pipe as viewed in plan and a narrow region in which the distance between the main frames is reduced behind the bulging region. The battery modules include battery modules whose long sides extend along transverse directions of the vehicle in the bulging region and battery modules whose long sides extend along longitudinal directions of the vehicle in the narrow region.

  • Patent number: 8485300
Abstract: A drive wheel is intermediation driven by an additional element, while achieving a reduction in cost by making use of a plurality of existing motors. A drive motor as a drive source includes a plurality of motor bodies arranged coaxially with and adjacently to each other in the vehicle width direction to permit integral driving thereof, and is disposed forwardly of a pivot for a swing arm supporting the driving wheel. One end in the vehicle width direction of a drive shaft of the drive motor is made to be an output end for output to the driving wheel, and a drive sprocket for power transmission to the driving wheel is provided at the output end. The center of the drive motor in the vehicle width direction is disposed with an offset to the side opposite to the side of the drive sprocket with reference to the vehicle body center.

  • Patent number: 5448088
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to obtain a gate array type semiconductor integrated circuit device in which wiring restrictions upon separate basic cells are relaxed so as to relatively easily provide wirings among the basic cells. A gate array type semiconductor integrated circuit is configured in the conditions that a lateral length of each of connection pins (25) of basic cells (1) is determined as one-wiring pitch (W1) and that a distance between the connection pins (25) of adjacent ones of the basic cells in any of cell alignments (3) is determined as the one-wiring pitch (W1). Since two or more longitudinal wirings can be formed extending from each of the connection pins of the basic cells in a second direction, the wirings among the basic cells can be provided relatively easily.

  • Patent number: 4984675
Abstract: A pair of sorting gates are fixed respectively to a pair of moving shafts that are disposed facing with each other so as to be able to move horizontally along the same straight line, and when a sorting gate is moved horizontally from a retracted position to a forwardly moved position interrupting the moving path of a sorting pin accompanying a forward motion of one of the moving shafts to which is fixed the sorting gate, the moving shaft at the forwardly moved position functions as a stopper member for the other moving shaft that is at the retracted position, and obstructs the forward motion of the moving shaft that is at the retracted position.
