  • Publication number: 20160165921
Abstract: This invention concerns a surface patterned frozen dessert having a streamlined pattern of multiple colors of sauce material on the top surface of an ice cream layer, such that no bleeding of the sauce material colors into the ice cream layer is apparent from the outside in normal ice cream storage conditions and the ice cream material is not exposed to the outside to become unsightly, as well as a manufacturing method and apparatus for same. The surface patterned frozen dessert has, within a cup, an ice cream layer, a first sauce material layer on said ice cream layer, and a second sauce layer of a different color from the first sauce layer, partially injected on the top surface of the first sauce layer after the first sauce material, whereby the first sauce layer and second sauce layer are stirred together to form an inscribed pattern.

  • Publication number: 20120164273
Abstract: An object is to provide a pasteurized fresh cheese which has a smooth texture and a good taste, shows little water release, scarcely shows a lowering in pH or acidity and has a long best-before period. The objective is achieved by a method for processing a pasteurized fresh cheese comprising the steps of: (a) coagulating a starting milk material to obtain a curd; (b) adding a stabilizer to the curd; (c) pasteurizing the curd by heating; and, (d) separating a whey from the curd to obtain a cheese curd.

  • Patent number: 5353055
Abstract: An image pickup system mounted on a craft flying an orbit above an object zone and sequentially picking up the images of unit areas defined by the swath width of the object zone and a distance in the direction of orbit. The system has a main image pickup device and a control image pickup device for picking up the image of an area ahead of the visual field of the main pickup device, i.e., a forward area preceding the unit area. While the craft flies along the orbit, the control image pickup device detects the radiance distribution of the forward area to thereby control, for example, the sensitivity of the main image pickup device. To detect the radiance distribution, a data processing section included in the control pickup device converts data picked up in the forward area to an image to allow the image to be compared with predetermined reference values.

  • Patent number: 5138444
Abstract: In an image pickup system for use in a craft (11) flying over an object zone which moves independently relative to the craft, first and second electric signals represent first and second partial zones when the craft is at first and second locations at a first time instant and at a second time instant which is later than the first time instant. The first and the second partial zones are a forward partial zone Pf viewed by a first camera unit (13) and a backward partial zone Pb viewed by a second camera unit (14). Due to movement of the object zone, the first and the second partial zones are different by a difference zone. Supplied with first and second location signals produced by a location signal producing unit (15) represent the first and the second locations, a correcting signal producing unit (16) produces an overall correcting signal representative of the difference zone.
