  • Publication number: 20140225621
Abstract: Until an elapse of a predetermined time changed in accordance with a temperature of the secondary battery from the time of IG-off, the battery voltage is detected cyclically, and an open circuit voltage in a state where the polarization is cancelled is sequentially estimated based on a shift of the battery voltage. In a case where the IG switch is turned on after the elapse of the predetermined time, the battery voltage detected at the time of IG-on is assumed to be the open circuit voltage, and then an initial SOC at the time of starting use of the secondary battery is estimated. In a case where the IG switch is turned on before the elapse of the predetermined time, the estimated opening circuit voltage at that time point is regarded as the open circuit voltage, and the initial SOC of the secondary battery is estimated.

  • Patent number: 8594873
Abstract: A power supply system for a hybrid vehicle includes a main power storage device and a plurality of sub power storage devices used selectively. When an SOC of one of the plurality of sub power storage devices decreases to a predetermined value or smaller, an ECU selects this sub power storage device as a sub power storage device to be charged. The ECU controls a connecting unit such that the sub power storage device to be charged is connected to a second converter. Furthermore, the ECU selects the HV mode as the travel mode. In the HV mode, electrical energy stored in an electric powered vehicle is maintained because of electric power generation by an engine.

  • Patent number: 8583717
Abstract: A signal processing circuit has two types of filters: an IIR filter 11 and an FIR filter 12 having an equivalent transfer function at all times. In an adjustment mode in which the signal processing circuit is adjusted to have an arbitrary transfer function, the signal processing circuit makes a configuration setting to use the IIR filter 11. When completing the adjustment or in a signal processing mode, the signal processing circuit makes a configuration setting change to switch to the FIR filter 12 having the equivalent transfer function.

  • Patent number: 8528304
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for producing a content filling bottle including a bottom part that is inverted between a concave shape and a convex shape to prevent a body part from being subjected to reduced pressure deformation, the method and device being capable of efficiently producing a sanitary and high-quality content filling bottle. Contents are filled into an empty bottle 1 with an inversion part 11 projecting outwardly from the body part. A cap 6 is fitted onto an opening of the bottle 1 to seal the bottle 1. An auxiliary tool 27 is then installed on the bottom part 5 of the bottle 1. Then, the bottom part of the bottle 1 with the auxiliary tool 27 installed thereon is supported via the auxiliary tool 27. The downwardly projecting inversion part 11 is pressed up so as to be inverted and recessed inwardly into the bottle 1. Subsequently, with the opening of the bottle 1 gripped, the auxiliary tool 27 is separated from the bottle 1.

  • Patent number: 8442177
Abstract: A signal receiving apparatus 2 has a memory circuit 22, writing of data contained in a digital input signal transmitted from a signal transmitting apparatus 1 is performed using a clock signal separated and created by a PLL circuit 21 from the digital input signal received, and reading is performed using a reference clock signal with quartz accuracy from a reference clock generating circuit 24. To reproduce the digital input signal by correcting the shift between the clock signal and the reference clock signal, the signal receiving apparatus detects the shift between the two clock signals. When the signal receiving apparatus 2 side lags behind the signal transmitting apparatus 1, the data contained in the digital input signal undergoes thinning out, and when it leads, a signal generated from previous and subsequent digital input signal is interpolated.

  • Patent number: 8311396
Abstract: In a DVD video playback system adapted to transmit data in the form of a PS (program stream) from a source device to each sink device, a navigation manager of the source device stores system parameters, which are necessary for each sink device to decode the PS, in an unused area of a NV_PACK received from a PS demultiplexer and transmits it to a PS multiplexer. The navigation manager of the source device also produces an ORG_PACK in which navigation data necessary for each sink device to decode the PS, and transmits it to the PS multiplexer. The PS multiplexer produces a PS by multiplexing ORG_PACK and NV_PACK received from the navigation manager, V_PACK received from a video transcoder, and A_PACK and SP_PACK received from the PS demultiplexer, and the PS multiplexer transmits the resultant PS to each sink device via an in-vehicle LAN interface.
