  • Publication number: 20120268146
Abstract: A voltage detector includes a radiator plate which is connected to the collector of an IGBT, a detection lead frame which forms a capacitor along with the radiator plate, and a collector voltage detection circuit which detects the collector voltage of the IGBT on the basis of the amount of changes in electric charges accumulated in the capacitor. With this voltage detector, the collector voltage of the IGBT can be detected without causing an increase in the size of the system even under a high-voltage condition.

  • Patent number: 6568267
Abstract: A sensing device, such as an angular speed detecting device, includes a vibrator for improving detection precision. The vibrator is displaceably supported on a substrate and is vibrated in the direction of an X-axis by driving electrodes. Detecting electrodes detect vibrations of the vibrator in the direction of a Y-axis caused by a Coriolis' force resulting from the angular speed occurring about a Z-axis. Each of the driving and detecting electrodes includes a movable electrode that is connected to the vibrator and that is displaced together therewith on the substrate and a fixed electrode fixed onto the substrate in such a manner as to face the movable electrode. By equalizing conductors connected to fixed electrodes of the driving electrodes and conductors connected to fixed electrodes of the detecting electrodes in length, width, and thickness, respectively, one electrical characteristic is set for those of the wiring portions which function in the same manner.

  • Patent number: 6267008
Abstract: An oscillator 20 and main frames 30-1 and 30-2, coupled to one another by beams 33-1 through 33-4, float above the upper face of a substrate 10. The main frames 30-1 and 30-2 are divided into a plurality of sections along a Y-axis. Drive electrode portions 51-1 through 51-4 drive the main frames 30-1 and 30-2 and the oscillator 20 in the direction of an X-axis. Due to an angular rate around a Z-axis perpendicular to the X and Y axes, the oscillator 20 oscillates in the direction of the Y-axis. The oscillation in the direction of the Y-axis is measured using a high-frequency signal applied to detection electrode portions 53-1 through 53-4, whereby the angular rate is detected. The main frame 30-1 is provided with drive electrode portions 51-1 and 51-2, while the main frame 30-2 is provided with drive electrode portions 51-3 and 51-4.

  • Patent number: 5735157
Abstract: A bearing mount assembly is installed in opposed relation to a roll support frame with the pass line interposed therebetween, the bearing mount assembly being provided with bearings capable of removably supporting the front ends of roll shafts carried on the roll support frame. In roll exchange operation, the bearing mount assembly is moved away from the roll support frame and has its bearings removed therefrom, whereupon the bearing mount assembly is turned from this raised position to a flat position to provide a roll exchange operation space defined above the bearing mount assembly, making it possible to effect roll exchange operation.

  • Patent number: 5218248
Abstract: A bus drive source circuit, for use in communications, having a twisted-pair cable for communication among controllers mounted in a vehicle. In order to suppress the occurrence of radio frequency noise, a current mirror circuit is employed for causing the inflow of a current having a predetermined value over one wire of the twisted-pair cable as well as the outflow of a current having the same value as the current with the predetermined value along the other wire of the twisted-pair cable, thereby securing the symmetric property of the current.

  • Patent number: 5191780
Abstract: A roller-type straightening apparatus for an H-beam having horizontal rolls for pressing the web of the H-beam are alternately vertically disposed. Pairs of vertical rolls press the outer surfaces of the opposed flanges of the H-beam. The horizontal roll presses the surface of the web of the H-beam. The pairs of vertical rolls are located to correspond in position to each of the horizontal rolls.
