    Abstract: Provided are a skateboard track with which it is possible to improve trackability with respect to force applied to wheels in an up-down direction, and a skateboard fitted with the same. The skateboard track 3 is provided with a base 31 attached to a deck 2, and a hanger 32 attached to the base 31 by means of a king pin 38. The hanger 32 supports a pair of wheels 4 so as to be rotatable about a rotational axis extending in a left-right direction. The hanger 32 includes a pivot shaft 342 which is inclined with respect to the king pin 38, when viewed in the left-right direction. The pivot shaft 342 is attached to the base 31 so as to be movable along the axial direction of the pivot shaft 342.

OSC containing layer is formed by impregnation with OSC-solution through immersing the respective porous protective layer, or by cosintering the OSC containing green coating layer. By impregnation 0.2-8 wt %, or by cosintering 0.2-30 wt %, of OSC metal element is containable. The outer protective layer is thinner and more porous than the inner protective layer.

    Abstract: Mutually spaced apart TCO film portions are formed on a glass substrate. An amorphous silicon film of PIN junction type is formed to cover these TCO film portions, and an aluminum film is formed thereon. The aluminum film in the vicinity of the gap between adjacent TCO film portions is removed by means of a laser beam, and the amorphous silicon film is removed by reactive plasma etching using the aluminum film as a mask to thereby expose portions of the TCO film. An aluminum-titanium film is formed over the aluminum film and the exposed portions of the TCO film. The aluminum-titanium film is separated by means of a laser beam to form a plurality of photoelectric converting regions. The photoelectric converting regions thus formed on the glass substrate are connected in series.
