  • Publication number: 20240016546
Abstract: An endoscope operation support apparatus (2000) acquires a shape data sequence (50) representing a temporal change of shape data of an endoscope scope (40). The endoscope operation support apparatus (2000) determines an insertion method used for insertion of the endoscope scope (40) using the shape data sequence (50). The endoscope operation support apparatus (2000) outputs insertion method information (20) regarding the determined insertion method.

  • Publication number: 20230363619
Abstract: An endoscope operation support apparatus (2000) acquires a shape data sequence (50) representing a temporal change of a shape category of an endoscope scope (40). The endoscope operation support apparatus (2000) uses the shape data sequence (50) to determine a target category suitable as a transition destination of the shape category of the endoscope scope (40) or a target position which is a position suitable as a position at which the endoscope scope (40) transitions. The endoscope operation support apparatus (2000) outputs target information (20) that is information regarding the target category or the target position.

  • Publication number: 20180262322
Abstract: A demodulation apparatus includes: a synchronization detector to extract a reception mapping point from a reception signal transmitted wirelessly and modulated by a modulation scheme associating discrete values with the mapping points on a complex plane; a reception mapping point corrector to correct the extracted reception mapping points and to output post-correction mapping points; a hard-decision determiner to determine that a reference mapping point having a minimum error with the post-correction mapping point is a reference mapping point to be outputted as a demodulation result based on the inputted error vectors; a reference mapping point estimator to update the reference mapping point to be outputted as the demodulation result using the post-correction mapping points; and a correction coefficient updater to update the correction coefficient using the error between the reference mapping point to be outputted as demodulation result and the post-correction mapping point.

  • Publication number: 20150046967
Abstract: A video transmitting and receiving system includes a transmitting device that transmits a packet, and a receiving device that receives the packet transmitted from the transmitting device. The transmitting device inserts null data into an unused space after a video signal has been encoded and generates a packet having a predetermined packet length. Then, the null data is replaced with known data to modulate and the packet is transmitted. The receiving device receives the transmitted packet to demodulate and waveform distortion of the packet is detected based on the known data pre-registered to correct so as to perform waveform equalization.

  • Patent number: 6588174
Abstract: A web position matching system for matching marks provided on a web of packaging material with a pitch corresponding to the length of one container, to a reference position comprises sensor device for detecting the displacement of the mark from the reference position, setting device for setting a usual amount of feed obtained by adding a predetermined amount of advance to a predetermined reference amount of feed corresponding to the length of one container when the displacement detected by the sensor device is smaller than a predetermined allowable displacement or setting a corrected amount of feed obtained by subtracting a predetermined amount of delay from the reference amount of feed when the detected displacement are not smaller than the allowable displacement, and device for correcting the usual amount of feed and the corrected amount of feed based on a pattern of frequencies with which the usual amount of feed and the corrected amount of feed are set by the setting device.

  • Publication number: 20010049920
Abstract: A web position matching system for matching marks provided on a web of packaging material with a pitch corresponding to the length of one container, to a reference position comprises sensor means for detecting the displacement of the mark from the reference position, setting means for setting a usual amount of feed obtained by adding a predetermined amount of advance to a predetermined reference amount of feed corresponding to the length of one container when the displacement detected by the sensor means is smaller than a predetermined allowable displacement or setting a corrected amount of feed obtained by subtracting a predetermined amount of delay from the reference amount of feed when the detected displacement are not smaller than the allowable displacement, and means for correcting the usual amount of feed and the corrected amount of feed based on a pattern of frequencies with which the usual amount of feed and the corrected amount of feed are set by the setting means.
