This film may have a parallel light transmittance of 90% or greater, a haze of 3% or less, and a transmission image clarity of 90% or higher as measured by an image clarity meter using an optical comb with a width of 0.5 mm. The anti-Newton ring layer may contain the polymer and the curable resin precursor at a ratio (weight ratio) of from 1/99 to 60/40.
