  • Publication number: 20030187870
Abstract: A parts list system includes a CAD section and a parts list section. The CAD section generates a CAD figure of a part included in an apparatus based on design reference data, and extracts a part number of the part, configuration part numbers of configuration parts of the part and attribute data from the CAD figure. Here, the design reference data is reference for design. The attribute data indicate properties of the part and the configuration parts. The parts list section generates the parts list based on the part number, the configuration part numbers and the attribute data from the CAD figure and the design reference data. Here, the parts list relates the part number, the configuration part numbers and part data.

  • Publication number: 20030182311
Abstract: A parts list system used for part number management is composed of a parts table database and a parts list controller. The parts table database includes a parts list which stores a state data and a part number data. The state data indicates a progress state of a part. And the part number data includes a number of the part as an identifier. The parts list controller inhibits change of the part number data, when the state data indicates prohibition of the change of the part number data.

  • Publication number: 20030182152
Abstract: A parts list system includes a parts list database and a parts list control section. The parts list database stores a parts list of an apparatus. The parts list relates a part number of a part of the apparatus, part data indicating properties of the part, and a status data indicating each stage of a process of a design change. The parts list control section generates the status data based on the stage. The parts list control section makes relation among the status data, the part number and the part data, and stores the status data in the parts list database. Then, the parts list control section controls operations of changes of the part number and the part data in the parts list, based on the status data.

  • Patent number: 5079705
Abstract: A system for controlling automatic transmissions equipped with a motor vehicle utilizing fuzzy logic. In the system, fuzzy production rules have been prepared based upon an expert driver's judgments and operation made on a vehicle with a manually shifted transmission. Various operating conditions including opening degree of a throttle valve and road speed of the vehicle are detected and from the detected value, various predictions are made such as an appropriateness of vehicle response to a gearshift intended by the driver and engine output change that would occur should the transmission be shifted to a given gear. These measured or estimated values are put on a common scale named universe of discourse and each membership values degree of the aforesaid rules is successively calculated. Among the rules, one rule is finally selected and according to a gear position indicated in the selected rule, the current gear is shifted up or down or is held at the present position.

In the system, fuzzy production rules have been prepared based upon an expert driver's judgments and operation made on a vehicle with a manually shifted transmission. Various operating conditions including opening degree of a throttle valve and road speed of the vehicle are detected and from the detected value, various predictions are made such as an appropriateness of vehicle response determined from the reserve motive force with respect to a gear ratio shift intended by the driver and engine output change that would occur should the transmission be shifted to the gear ratio. These measured or estimated value are put on a common scale named universe of discourse and membership values of the rules are sucessively calculated.
