  • Patent number: 9246260
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a base including a base housing, and a socket including a socket housing. Each of two socket side walls of the socket housing is provided with a first protrusion, and a distance L4 between two base side walls is equal to or larger than a distance L2 between the respective leading ends of the first protrusions. Each of two base side walls is provided with a first engagement projection on its inner surface, and a distance L1 between the respective leading ends of the first engagement projections is smaller than the distance L2 between the respective leading ends of the first protrusions, and the distance L1 is equal to or larger than a distance L3 between the two socket side walls. While the socket is completely accommodated in a socket accommodation chamber, each first protrusion is positioned below the corresponding first engagement projection.

  • Patent number: 7467970
Abstract: A pair of flat-type flexible cable connectors of the present invention comprise a first connector and a second connector. The first connector is provided with a plate-like cable holder, which has flat end faces on both sides in a thickness direction and an end protruding in the depth direction, and is structured to make an end of a flat-type flexible cable, the end having its insulating coating removed except a leading end part to expose conductors and being inverted, extend and contact both the end faces of the cable holder with the bent part of the exposed conductors serving as a boundary, and hold the leading end part and the root end part of the end. The second connector is provided with a plurality of terminals to contact the exposed conductors respectively.

  • Patent number: 7232334
Abstract: A flat cable 11 has a connecting end 23 provided with a conductor exposing part 24, in which an insulating coating 22 is removed so as to be electrically connected to a plurality of terminals 3 and a plurality of conductors 21 are exposed. A cable holder 12 has a cable winding part 26 around which the conductor exposing part 24 is wound so as to be turned back and a provisional holding part 27 which is rotatably supported and presses and holds the connecting end 23. A fitting housing 13, is fitted into a to-be-connected housing element 2 with the connecting end 23 and the cable holder 12 inserted thereto. A clamping part 14 is arranged in an insertion port 36 of the fitting housing 13, presses the provisional holding part 27 to the cable winding part 26, and presses and clamps the connecting end 23 to the cable winding part 26 from both sides.

  • Patent number: 6036550
Abstract: A connector holder (1) has an elongate front wall (2), an elongate and partitioning center wall (3) formed integral with, perpendicular to and along the inner edge of the front wall, and end walls (4, 4') extending perpendicular to the center wall and located at opposite ends of same. The end walls have latch means (6, 7 and 8) for engagement with the connectors of the pressure contacting type. A pair of spaces (5) for receiving the connectors are provided such that a side of each space facing the front wall is opened, with another side confronting the center wall also opened. The connector holder (1) further has lugs (11) that are capable of engaging with the entrances (26) of compartments formed in each connector (20), so that the electric wires received in the compartments are surely held in place.

  • Patent number: 5629100
    Abstract: A non-magnetic single crystal of Mn--Zn ferrite obtained by a solid phase reaction process including the steps of contacting a seed single crystal ferrite with a polycrystal crystal ferrite and producing the single crystal by growing the single crystal in a direction from the seed single crystal toward the polycrystal under heating. The single crystal of Mn--Zn ferrite has a composition defined by points A, B, C, D and E in a three-phase diagram of Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 --MnO--ZnO, in which:A: Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 40 mol %, MnO 10 mol %, ZnO 50 mol %;B: Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 40 mol %, MnO 35 mol %, ZnO 25 mol %;C: Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 70 mol %, MnO 5 mol %, ZnO 25 mol %;D: Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 70 mol %, MnO 2 mol %, ZnO 28 mol %; andE: Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 48 mol %, MnO 2 mol %, ZnO 50 mol %.
