  • Publication number: 20240066758
Abstract: A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a prepreg and an integrally molded article, wherein the prepreg exhibits suitable flexibility and adhesiveness, excels in formability on a complicated mold face and adhesion to a mold face, causes no positional shift, and can be efficiently reinforced and stiffened at an intended position. A main object of the present invention is to provide a prepreg including (A) reinforcing fibers, (B) a thermosetting resin, and (C) a thermoplastic resin, wherein the (C) thermoplastic resin exists in at least a part of a face of the prepreg, and wherein the prepreg satisfies the condition [I], and satisfies the condition [II] or the condition [III]: [I]: the (B) thermosetting resin has a peak in the temperature range of more than 100° C. and 180° C.

  • Patent number: 7614687
Abstract: An upper member of a pillar has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and includes first side walls extending substantially in a transverse direction of the vehicle at least at a lower portion, and a connecting plate at a lower end while keeping the U-shaped cross section. A lower member includes a mounting plate opposed to the connecting plate at a lower portion being lower than an upper end, and second side walls extending substantially in the transverse direction at both end portions of the mounting plate in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The connecting plate and the mounting plate are welded to each other in a state that they are in abutment with each other, and the first side walls and the second side walls are joined to each other, and the upper member and the lower member are integrally fixed to each other.

  • Patent number: 4212702
Abstract: A process for recovery of chemicals from a sodium sulfite pulping waste liquor is disclosed in which a smelt obtained from the waste liquor is introduced into an aqueous slurry containing solidified smelt while make up water and a weak aqueous slurry are supplied to effect incomplete dissolution of the smelt into the aqueous slurry to maintain the content of total solid and the temperature of the slurry at constant levels, the resulting aqueous slurry is subjected to a solid-liquid separation to obtain a wet cake having the molar ratio of S/Na.sub.
