  • Publication number: 20050018399
Abstract: At least one fan for sending cooling air into an apparatus case is attached to a rear or side surface of the apparatus case. A drawer to which a server unit is attached is installed into and pulled out from a front surface side of the apparatus case by being guided by guide members. Since a cutout is formed in a side plate and a rear plate of the drawer, the cooling air from the fan is provided to the server unit after passing through the cutout, so that the server unit is cooled effectively.

  • Patent number: 6816609
Abstract: In this machine and method for measuring a plurality of workpieces, images of a plurality of workpieces placed on a stage are captured using a CCD camera. The images are processed by a computer system whereby the workpieces are measured. A computer system divides a measurement area on the stage into matrix such that each cell in the matrix is correlated to each workpiece. Then, the system sets a measurement program for each cell. Using the cells, the computer system determines a measurement order and whether or not to execute measurement. Measurement data for each cell is output to a CRT.

  • Patent number: 6600808
Abstract: An apparatus and program is provided for efficiently generating a part program for image measuring apparatus, conveniently usable for the operator without complicated operations. CAD data of a work is displayed and a target graphic is selected from the CAD data. A detection position mark is displayed on the selected graphic. The CAD data is displayed at a certain magnification that allows the position of the selected target graphic to be identified relative to the entire of the CAD data. In this state, a detection position mark is displayed in the vicinity of the target graphic, and the operator determines the location of the detection position mark.

  • Patent number: 5483874
Abstract: An electropressing apparatus includes an electric motor driven through a motor driver circuit to operate a pressing ram through a rotational mechanism constructed to move the pressing ram in a vertical direction relative the workpiece. Various detecting and control arrangements are used to detect, memorize, set and change the following: an initial position of the pressing ram; an upper limit stop position of the pressing ram with respect to the workpiece; a lower limit stop position of the pressing ram immediately above the workpiece; a position at which the pressing ram starts to apply a pressure to the workpiece; and a terminal position at which the pressing ram stops to apply pressure to the workpiece.

  • Patent number: 5359129
Abstract: A method for preventing the coloration of a diphenylmethane diisocyanate compound, which comprises adding, to the diphenylmethane diisocyanate compound, a hindered amine compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 are, the same or different, each a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 hydrocarbon group,R.sup.2 and R.sup.4 are, the same or different, each a C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 hydrocarbon group,R.sup.5 is a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, an ethyl group, a phenoxymethyl group or a phenyl group, andm is 0, 1 or 2,in an amount of 0.001 to 1.0 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the diphenylmethane diisocyanate compound. An excellent effect of preventing the coloration can be achieved only by the addition of a small amount of the hindered amine compound of the formula (I).

  • Patent number: 5136386
Abstract: A noise canceller circuit is connected in a stage succeeding a picture quality control circuit to which the video signal is input. A noise cancel amount for the video signal can be controlled so as to correspond to the gain in the frequency characteristic at the same time when the adjustment of the frequency characteristic of the video signal is performed in the picture quality control circuit. As a result, the noise cancel amount in the nosie canceller circuit can be controlled correspondingly to the level of the noise component even if a level of the noise component in the video signal is changed when the gain in a certain bandwidth of the video signal is adjusted in the picture quality control circuit. Therefore, the noise component can be cancelled effectively.

  • Patent number: 4378395
Abstract: A material for reinforcing a panel or plate includes a first resin layer having a high tensile modulus of elasticity after hardening; a second resin layer having a low tensile modulus of elasticity after hardening; an expandable member disposed between the second resin layer side and the panel to be reinforced. The expandable member is narrower than the reinforcing resin sheet. The first and second resin layers are combined in an unhardened or semi-hardened state to form a reinforcing resin sheet. The expandable member expands into a bead-like projection when heated and then hardens. The edges of the reinforcing resin sheet extend beyond the edges of the bead-forming member or expandable member is such a manner that the second resin layer of the reinforcing resin sheet can be attached to the panel or plate.
