An engaging portion is provided on one of the holder members and the heat-transfer plate members, and an engaged portion arranged to be engaged by the engaging portion is provided on the other of the holder members and the heat-transfer plate members. The holder members and the heat-transfer plate members are integrated by mutual engagement of the engaging portions and the engaged portions.
