  • Patent number: 7871307
Abstract: A fluid barrel-polishing device comprises a cylindrical fixed tank (1) and a turntable (2) that is located at the bottom of the tank (1) with a gap (3) that allows it to rotate horizontally, and wherein when workpieces and media are thrown in the fixed tank (1) and the turntable (2) is rotated horizontally, the workpieces and the media circulate and form themselves into a mass (M) and thereby the workpieces are polished, wherein an inner cylinder (4) is rotatably or fixedly placed coaxially on the center of the rotation of the turntable (2) and it allows the workpieces in the mass (M) to be polished with the inside of the mass (M) contacting the wall of the inner cylinder (4) and with its outside contacting the wall of the fixed tank (1).

  • Patent number: 7065570
Abstract: A management system of a machine equipped with a driving-power source reads out maintenance conditions from a storage means of maintenance management information when data and conditions, concerned about a maintenance management of a machine, the features of the machine, and so on, including the maintenance conditions, are inputted from the input means. Then, information about predicted maintenance management under a certain operation time of the machine is predicted with reference to the maintenance conditions. Subsequently, the information about the predicted maintenance management is represented on a display means. Furthermore, a maintenance predicted value is previously stored in a data base or the like with respect to the maintenance within an operation time under the contract or within a contract term for each of a plurality of contract ranks. A maintenance actual result value of the machine being entered is accumulatively stored.

  • Patent number: 6132212
Abstract: There is disclosed a dental caries-removing material consisting of grinding granules ejected against dental caries, or pathological issues, to remove them. The granules are obtained by pulverizing untoxic stones of seeds and have Vickers hardness values (JIS Z 1051)(Hv) of 10 to 60 and granular diameters of 40 to 160 .mu.m. This material is prepared by pulverizing and grading stones of seeds (such as peach, plum, apricot, or Japanese apricot).

  • Patent number: 5733172
Abstract: A dry barrel finishing machine is disclosed. The machine includes a device to drip or spray water to wet the surface of media. The faucet of the device is located adjacent or in the barrel or barrels of the finishing machine so that it can spray water on media in the barrel or barrels. The media is cooled by the sprayed water. Since the sprayed water wets and softens the surface of the media, attrition dust on the surface of the media is easily removed during attrition. Also, since the wetted surface of the media tends to peel, it is self-sharpened. Thus the media always keeps its abrasive ability.

  • Patent number: 5672094
Abstract: A centrifugal dry barrel finishing machine is disclosed. The machine include a plurality of barrel pots which are rotated about their axes of rotation and revolved about an axis of revolution. A mass is put in the barrel pots to finish workpieces by dry media that flows in the barrel pots. Each barrel pot has an air-intake part and an air and dust exhaust part that prevent the workpieces and dry media of the mass from passing through the parts, and the air and dust exhaust part is connected to and in communication with a dust collector through a connector device such that each barrel pot is rotatable and revolvable relative to said dust collector.
