  • Publication number: 20020084523
Abstract: There is disclosed a resin sealed semiconductor device in which a heat radiation member formed integrally with a sealing resin is constituted of a clad material comprising a first material having a coefficient of linear expansion approximate to that of the sealing resin, and a second metal laminated on a surface of the first metal and having good adhesive properties to the sealing resin. There can be obtained the metallic heat radiation member which can satisfy all three conditions required for the heat radiation member at a satisfactory level, i.e., (1) heat conductivity being excellent, (2) a difference of a coefficient of linear expansion between the heat radiation member and a sealing resin being small, and (3) adhesive properties to the sealing resin being good.

  • Publication number: 20010029202
Abstract: The present invention relates to an image processing device. Particularly, it relates to a video game device which alternately performs a shooting game and a role-playing game. The aim of the present invention is to provide an image processing device to make the operation of a character easier by limiting the movement range of the character to a certain field in a shooting game. The image processing device of the present invention places virtual objects in a virtual space formed within a computer system, proceeds a game while controlling the movement of said virtual objects according to input operations and certain rules, and displays the state within said virtual space as a screen seen from a certain viewpoint, wherein said image processing device sets a movement field of a certain shape 202 surrounding at least one of said virtual objects 100A and limits the movement range of other virtual objects 100A based on this movement field.

  • Publication number: 20010026265
Abstract: A game device including group character movement control is capable of carrying out the processing steps without increasing the processing load and without giving any sense of strangeness, such as dull movement, even when the number of characters to be moved and controlled in the virtual space increases. By grouping the sub characters and causing all of such grouped sub characters to move based on the same control point, the processing load is lightened in comparison to individually chasing the main character, it is possible to display more sub characters, and prevents defects such as slow game progress and partially deficient screen display. In addition, as it is possible to produce a sense of tension to the main character (player) of being chased by a group, the game amusement is enhanced thereby.

  • Patent number: 5443959
Abstract: A dry reagent consisting essentially of (a) a protein having thrombin activity, (b) at least one additive selected from the group consisting of amino acid, a salt thereof and saccharide and optionally (c) magnetic particles, and a method of assaying fibrinogen in an assay sample using the above dry reagent. The dry reagent obviates the time required for preparing a reagent and warming an assay sample, and permits facile fibrinogen assay by only diluting an assay sample. The fibrinogen assay range being broad, the dry reagent substantially obviates the procedure of remeasuring plasma having a fibrinogen concentration outside the assay range of a liquid reagent. The assay result by the dry reagent and that by a liquid reagent well correlate with each other as compared with the result by any known thrombin-containing dry reagent, and the assay by the dry reagent can be performed with good reproducibility in achievement and reliability in measurement.

  • Patent number: 5370049
Abstract: In a thermal printer for performing printing on the printing surface of a tag which is drawn out from a tag roll and then held and conveyed by a platen and a line thermal head, the thermal printer comprises a thread sweeping means for sweeping away the threads which get on the printing surface of the tag and a tag guide means disposed downstream the conveying direction of the tag for bringing into contact with the side edge of the tag which is opposite to the other side edge thereof to which the threads are attached so that the threads which get on the printing surface of the tag are swept away by the thread sweeping means and the tag is conveyed in the manner that the threads do not contact the tag guide, which eventually prevents the threads from being caught by parts on the conveying route or prevents the tag from being printed on the printing surface thereof while the threads remain getting on the printing surface.
