A spectrum spread clock generator outputs a second clock signal having a spread frequency. A clock signal is output to the plurality of circuit blocks and, based on an instruction to output the clock signal from a CPU, a clock signal output to the plurality of circuit blocks is switched from the second clock signal to the first clock signal.
