  • Patent number: 5651747
Abstract: A series of geared motors in which change gear ratios of 1/2-1/100 or a wider range of change gear ratios are realized in the single series based on the unified design concepts of low noise, high rigidity and high durability, and in which the separation, exchange, etc. of the individual speed change gears and motors proper of the geared motors are facilitated. In the series, a speed change mechanism in each of the geared motors constituting a group of "high" change gear ratios comprises a single-stage type planetary gear mechanism of oscillating inner gearing system, a group of "medium" change gear ratios comprises a single-stage type simple planetary gear mechanism, and a group of "low" change gear ratios comprises a modified simple planetary gear mechanism including a sun gear (302 in FIG. 1), a first planet gear (304A), a second planet gear (304B) which rotates unitarily with the first planet gear (304A) and which has a larger number of teeth than the first planet gear (304A), and an internal gear (306).

  • Patent number: 5433672
Abstract: In an inscribed meshing planetary gear construction provided with a carrier pin (a carrier member) 116, rigidity and stability are improved and its entire length is shortened, resulting in that in particular, the connection between an input shaft 101 and an eccentric body 103 can be improved so as to reduce the number of component parts and the number of assembling steps. In order to realize this object, a flange part 114 of an output shaft 102, a carrier pin 116 and a support ring 117 are supported at both ends by a pair of bearings 115a and 115b, and then a reduction gear mechanism is disposed between bearings 115a and 115b. The input shaft 101 is formed with a D-cut part of cross section by cutting a part of its outer circumference in parallel with its axial direction. This cut part is utilized so as to set a circumferential position (a stop of rotation) between the input shaft 101 and an eccentric body 103.

  • Patent number: 5291798
Abstract: In a geared motor for a self-traveling carrier, a projected area in an advancing direction of the carrier is made small to reduce the space required around a track. Despite the fact that the geared motor being is a single type of a geared motor (the same geared motor), it is possible to select a suitable mounting mode from among various mounting modes, thus permitting a smoother operation of a physical distribution system as a whole. For example, in a geared motor for a self-traveling carrier, a reduction mechanism housed in a gear box incorporates an output shaft with a wheel mounted thereon, an output shaft gear, an intermediate shaft disposed in parallel with the output shaft, an intermediate pinion and a hypoid gear both mounted on the intermediate shaft, and a hypoid pinion mounted on a motor shaft. The motor shaft is disposed between the intermediate shaft and the output shaft orthogonally thereto.

  • Patent number: 5239881
Abstract: In a variable speed geared motor constructed by combining an inverter motor controllable in rotational speed by inverter drive with a gear reducer, the gear reducer is of a two-stage type, and a reduction ratio i of the gear reducer is suppressed so that i.ltoreq.N holds where N stands for a maximum reduction ratio of the inverter motor at which a constant torque characteristic can be ensured. Further, in a series of variable speed geared motors each satisfying the above conditions, a common ratio R of a series of reduction ratios i of the variable speed geared motors is set to 1.2-1.5. For example, the series is set to 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8.Accordingly, the geared motor can be constructed lightly in weight, compactly, and at low costs, and it can be economically used in a rotational speed region of 200-900 rpm which is an ordinary region in driving of a pump or a high-speed conveyor.

  • Patent number: 5191780
Abstract: A roller-type straightening apparatus for an H-beam having horizontal rolls for pressing the web of the H-beam are alternately vertically disposed. Pairs of vertical rolls press the outer surfaces of the opposed flanges of the H-beam. The horizontal roll presses the surface of the web of the H-beam. The pairs of vertical rolls are located to correspond in position to each of the horizontal rolls.

  • Patent number: 5116291
Abstract: A rotary driving apparatus including internally-meshing planetary reduction gear to which the output rotation of a motor is inputted, a drive shaft to which the output rotation of the planetary reduction gear is transmitted, an output rotary shaft to which the rotation of the drive shaft is transmitted, and a rotary flange provided on the output rotary shaft with a wheel mounted on the flange. The speed of the output rotation of the motor is reduced and then transmitted to the wheel so as to cause a vehicle to run on the wheel.
