    Abstract: An ultraviolet-irradiating device of an optical disk which makes effective use of electric power and has a long life, and an ultraviolet-irradiating method to an optical disk are provided. An ultraviolet-irradiating device 14 of an optical disk for irradiating ultraviolet curable resin A applied to a disk substrate D with ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet-irradiating unit 143 to cure the ultraviolet curable resin A, wherein an ultraviolet light-emitting diode R is used as an ultraviolet light source of the ultraviolet-irradiating unit 143. According to the present invention, since the ultraviolet light-emitting diode R is used as an ultraviolet light source, lights in a visible region and an infrared region are not emitted like a conventional xenon lamp, that is, only ultraviolet rays required for curing the ultraviolet curable resin can be irradiated, so that power consumption required for light emission of the light source can be reduced.

    Abstract: An optical disk laminating method and an optical disk laminating device capable of shortening tact time is provided. The method comprises the steps of placing lower disks (D2) on chucks installed on a rotating table (1), placing upper disks (D1) over the chucks to be spaced from the lower disks (D2), applying, from the upper side, an adhesive agent to the upper disks (D1) on the chucks, reversing the upper disks (D1) applied with the adhesive agent, applying the adhesive agent to the lower disks (D2), stacking the upper disks (D1) on the lower disks (D2), carrying the stacked disks (D) manufactured in the previous step onto rotating stands (33A) and (33B) by a transfer arm (24) and spreading the adhesive agent, and carrying the stacked disks (D) having the adhesive agent spread on the rotating stands onto an ultraviolet radiating table (34) by the transfer arm (24) and curing the adhesive agent.

    Abstract: A position of an inner surface of a panel (10) is measured with the panel being held, and a position of a main surface of a color selection electrode (30) is measured with a color selection electrode frame (40) being held, so that the measured positional data provide a measured value corresponding to a spacing between the panel inner surface and the main surface of the color selection electrode. In a state that the engaging holes of the supporting members are engaged with dummy pins (200) arranged in a predetermined positional relationship to the panel pins (20) on the condition that the panel is held, the position of the main surface of the color selection electrode is adjusted with respect to engaging holes on the basis of the predetermined positional relationship and the measured value, and supporting members are fixed by welding to the color selection electrode frame.
