Abstract: A tire includes a pair of bead cores, a carcass layer extending between the bead cores, and a belt layer disposed on an outer side of the carcass layer in a radial direction. A tire outer diameter OD (mm) is in a range 200?OD?660. A total tire width SW (mm) is in a range 100?SW?400. The belt layer includes a pair of cross belts formed of a wide cross belt and a narrow cross belt. A distance Tce (mm) from a tread profile to an outer circumferential surface of the wide cross belt in a tire equatorial plane CL has a relationship 0.008?Tce/OD?0.130 with respect to the tire outer diameter OD (mm).

  • Patent number: 7910142
Abstract: A method of producing seaweed paste including the steps of: placing seaweed, a chelating agent and water in a tank; and stirring the resulting composition at 0-20° C. to cut the seaweed, wherein the interior of the tank is in a vacuum state. A method of producing seaweed paste having good texture, smell and flavor and seaweed paste obtained by such a method are provided. A method of producing seaweed paste having good quality, which does not require treatment at a high temperature and thus can give a color and smell inherent to seaweeds and seaweed paste obtained by such a method are provided. A method of producing seaweed paste which requires a short treatment time, has good productivity and can reduce production costs, and seaweed paste obtained by such a method are provided.

  • Patent number: 6063823
Abstract: A blowing agent comprising a hydrofluorocarbon having at least one hydrogen atom and containing no chlorine is used to obtain a polystyrene-based resin foam body with a high expansion rate, employing as the base polymer a resinous blend comprising polystyrene and a polymer containing oxygen, nitrogen or fluorine or a resinous blend comprising polystyrene and an oxy acid or its derivative.

  • Patent number: 5489407
Abstract: A process for making a closed-cell, alkenyl aromatic polymer foam structure having enlarged cell size. An alkenyl aromatic polymer material is heated to form a melt polymer material. An amount of a non-waxy cell size enlarging agent is incorporated into the melt polymer material. The enlarging agent is present in an amount sufficient to enlarge the stabilized cell size of the formed foam structure by 20 percent or more over a corresponding foam structure made without the enlarging agent. Further, the enlarging agent is incorporated in a quantity such that the formed foam structure has physical properties substantially the same degree as the corresponding foam structure. A blowing agent is incorporated into the melt polymer material at an elevated pressure to form a foamable gel. The foamable gel is expanded in a zone of lower pressure to form the foam structure. Further, disclosed is a foam structure corresponding to the above.
