  • Publication number: 20050164200
Abstract: A biochemical reactant is detected by means of a biochip with good reproducibility. A nucleic acid probe is made to have a three-dimensional structure by adopting a loop structure in such a way that a free end not fixed to the surface of a substrate or a portion with a modifiable label is located on an electrode of a biochip or near the surface of the electrode on the substrate side. Alternatively, an essential portion complementarily connected to the biochemical specimen can be located on the substrate side. As a result the nucleic acid probe has a property that it can be basically hybridized with only the object specimen. When the nucleic acid probe is hybridized with the sample specimen, the loop structure is destroyed, and the label of only the hybridized probe can be modified.

  • Patent number: 6729559
Abstract: A rotatable aerosol product 10 comprising an aerosol product 11 and a rotatable stand 12 attached to the bottom part of the aerosol product, wherein spray continues during rotation and the rotation frequency is 35 frequencies/minute or lower. A spray hole 13a of a nozzle 13 is positioned eccentrically from the rotation center and rotated by counteraction of spray from the nozzle 13. Rotation frequency is regulated by a friction force between a rotation member 31 and a fixed member 32 or a ball 33.

  • Patent number: 6651847
Abstract: A pressurized container A for under-cup charging which comprises a container main body 1 equipped with a bead portion 6 at a periphery of an opening at its upper end, a mounting cup 18 having a curved flange 18d which engages with the bead portion 6, a flexible inner bag which is interposed between the container main body 1 and the mounting cup 18. The inner bag 2 is equipped with a neck portion which abuts tightly against an outer peripheral surface of a rising wall of the mounting cup with predetermined fitting strength and a flange portion 11 which is disposed at the upper end of the neck portion and clamped between the curved flange and the bead portion. The flange portion 11 exhibits a sealing function when pressed to the inner surface of the curved flange 18d with a charging pressure at the time of under-cup charging and also when clamped between the curved flange 18d and the bead portion 6 after assembly.
