Abstract: A method of predicting a release date of an item is provided. The method includes applying a first rule set to a first data set to create a second data set. The first rule set includes a rule that correlates a phrase with a date within a text string of the first data set. A second rule set is then applied to the second data set to create a third data set. The second rule set can include a rule that identifies a first item within a text string of the second data set and correlates the first item with the date such that the third data set has the first item that correlates with the date. A release date is then identified for the first item based on the date and a language pattern associated with the date.

Abstract: A system may receive, via a user interface associated with an online marketplace, a request to generate the listing for the item, the request including a natural language text input as a title for the listing. The system may generate, based on inputting the natural language text to a transformer-based machine learning model, a predicted value for an item description attribute of the item. In some examples, a value of the item description attribute may be unspecified in the natural language text and may describe a feature associated with the item as produced. The system may then cause presentation, via the user interface associated with the online marketplace, of the listing including the predicted value for the item description attribute.

Dynamic forecasting allows for forecast generation in real-time and may be based on historical data regarding skills and results, as well as data science to identify patterns and make predictions. The resulting staffing forecast may therefore provide for efficient management of messaging staff costs while preserving the desired service quality. The staffing forecast may include a volume forecast that is tailored to the unique nature of asynchronous messaging, as well as the unique messaging needs of the entity so as to efficiently manage messaging operations and make data-driven staffing decisions that take service level into account. An exemplary embodiment may include dynamic analytics tools that may use specified target and/or resource numbers (e.g., desired service level) for an existing messaging operation and get a detailed per-skill staffing forecast.
