  • Patent number: 11946200
Abstract: A stranding machine is provided for producing a cord from a plurality of wires, preferably metal wires. The stranding machine has a stranding device for stranding the wires, including at least one rotatably mounted deflecting roller for deflecting the cord and at least one guide device for guiding the cord. The guide device is arranged in such a way that the cord can be guided on a straight line from the guide device to the deflecting roller in such a way that the cord is pressed against a first flank of the deflecting roller. As the cord is deflected by the deflecting roller, the cord moves from the first flank into the roller base of the deflecting roller.

  • Patent number: 10194877
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating X-ray pulses during X-ray imaging. A high voltage of an X-ray tube is automatically switched off. The tube voltage decays and upon reaching a predefined threshold value of the tube voltage or a predefined waiting time after switching off the high voltage, a grating voltage of a grating arranged between an emitter and an anode of the X-ray tube is automatically switched on. No electrons reach the anode from the emitter, and the tube current drops to the value zero.

  • Patent number: 9100043
Abstract: A method for converting a capacitance of a precision capacitor for measurement into a digital signal is described. According to a clocking in charging processes an integration capacitor, discharged before the start of conversion, of an integrator circuit is charged by electric current obtained from a charging of the precision capacitor and in discharge processes by brief current surges in the opposite direction which are obtained from a charging of a reference capacitor, with the result that on average no charge builds up, and the number of discharge processes in a particular number of clock pulses is counted. The clocking is paused after a predetermined number of cycles. A residual voltage is converted into a digital value and the counted number of discharge processes and the particular number of clock pulses are combined with the digital value emitted by the analog-to-digital voltage converter to form a digital total result.
