  • Publication number: 20240066784
Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for shaping plastic preforms into containers, having a transport device, which transports the plastic preforms to be shaped along a transport path, wherein the transport device has a rotatable transport carrier wherein a plurality of shaping stations are arranged. The shaping stations each have blow-molding devices which the preforms are shaped by applying a flowable medium. The shaping stations have application devices which apply the flowable medium to the preforms, wherein the shaping stations have stretching devices for stretching the preforms in a longitudinal direction. The stretching devices have at least one stretching rod which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the preforms and can be inserted into the plastic preforms. The device has a clean room, which the plastic preforms are expanded into the plastic containers, and a sealing device to seal the clean room from a non-sterile environment, and closed with a cover device.

Date of Patent: November 4, 2008
Assignee: Amann & Soehne GmbH & Co. KG
Inventors: Mathias Wittmann, Annette Quaas, Christian Troidl
  • Patent number: 7159379
Abstract: A sewing thread made of synthetic fibers having an elongation at a break between 25% and 85% and an elastic tensile elongation of between 30% and 95% of the elongation, determined by a measuring strength, corresponding to 70% of the absolute strength of the respective sewing thread.

  • Publication number: 20050144927
Abstract: A sewing thread made of synthetic fibers is described, whereby the ready-to-use sewing thread has an elongation at break between 25% and 85% and an elastic tensile elongation of between 30% and 95% of the elongation, determined by a measuring strength, corresponding to 70% of the absolute strength of the respective sewing thread. In addition, two methods for making a sewing thread are also described, whereby the sewing thread comprises either a plied yarn or an air-intermingled sewing thread. To produce this sewing thread yarn components with an elongation at break between 25% and 85% and an elastic tensile elongation of between 30% and 95% are selected, whereby thermal and preferably hydrothermal treatment is carried out after the actual yarn production.
