Abstract: A modular housing structure that can be easily transported and transformed for housing or other uses. The basic structure has a retracted position for shipping and storage and an expanded position in which people are able to enter and use the structure. One or more hinges are combined with the panels of the structure which allow the panels to move pivotally and linearly relative to adjacent panels.

Abstract: An apparatus for mixing a first material with a second material and then spraying the resultant material onto a surface. The second material is mixed with a gas before the being introduced to the first material. A static charge is created and deposited onto the resultant material to help align the resultant material particles.

Abstract: A wildfire suppressor made from a composite mixture bonded by a resin. The suppressor may be cylindrically shaped so that it wraps around a wooden utility pole or it may be a flat sheet adapted to be used under shingles or siding on a house or other suitable building. The fire suppressor comprises two layers. The first layer is adapted to reflect heat and is located on the outer portion of the sheet. The second layer is located closer to the object being protected. Above a certain predetermined temperature the second layer undergoes a chemical reaction to help protect the pole, building, or other object being protected.

Abstract: An apparatus for mixing a catalyst with a resin and then spraying the mixture onto a surface. The catalyst is mixed with air before the catalyst/air mixture is introduced to the resin in the mixing tube. The sprayer is provided with a specially designed check valve to prevent resin and catalyst from back flowing into the air/catalyst supply line. The construction of the check valve prevents it from clogging or becoming stuck shut during operation.
