The device also has either a planar element for holding or suspending the device in the container, a supplemental attachment device for attaching a bag to a supplemental bag in series, or a rigid frame where the bag is disposed inside the rigid frame. The container has an opening and the bag is adapted to be inserted through and removed from the opening without the bag contacting the opening.
