Abstract: A transistor device may include a semiconductor structure including a channel layer and a barrier layer on the channel layer, wherein the barrier layer has a higher bandgap than the channel layer; a source contact and a drain contact on the barrier layer; a gate contact on the semiconductor structure between the source contact and the drain contact, the gate contact including a drain-side wing portion extending from a central portion of the gate contact; and a field plate on the semiconductor structure between the gate contact and the drain contact and laterally offset from the gate contact by a distance. The field plate may include a first wing portion extending from a central portion of the field plate.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus to correct for deterioration of a demographic model to associate demographic information with media impression information are disclosed. An example method includes estimating first and second ages of audience members based on demographic information; estimating a third age of an audience member who is not included in the audience members; applying a window function to the second ages to determine a distribution of ages based on the third age; multiplying window values by the first ages to determine corrected first age components; dividing a total of the corrected first age components by a sum of the window values to determine an estimated age of the audience member at a first time; and determining the corrected age of the audience member at a second time based on the estimated age of the audience member at the first time and a time difference between the first and second times.

Abstract: A content manager is described which offers a facility to a user to display, review and rate content items. Content items are assigned prioritization scores, influencing the manner in which those content items are organised. Prioritization scores are themselves determined on the basis of information inherent to a content item, such as the specification of the content item or associated descriptive data, and information provided by a user, such as by gestures or other input techniques, indicative of interest in that content item by that user. These prioritization scores are in turn used to rank content and reduce the memory, bandwidth, processing power and screen real estate used to present content to users.

Abstract: A network broker divides IP address space into subnets to allow IT infrastructure transfers using a cloud computing environment. A link established between a client and network broker allows transfer of data and provides connectivity between the client and cloud providers. IT infrastructure to be divested is provisioned onto subnets in a cloud environment. A second link is established via the network broker between the entity being divested and the provisioned IT infrastructure. Client access to provisioned IT infrastructure is cut by rerouting, at the network broker, traffic destined to the subnet(s) hosting the provisioned IT infrastructure from the link to the second link. After a new owner assimilates the divested IT infrastructure using the second link, network broker routing rules are adjusted to sever access of the new owner to the subnet(s) hosting the divested IT infrastructure and return access to the subnet(s) to the client.

The mobile device may monitor the specific application/features used and their frequency of use. The mobile device may determine other available applications/features that the user may be interested in using based upon the frequency of use of applications or features and information which indicates a likelihood of user interest in one application or feature based upon usage of another application or feature. Applications or features determined to be potentially of interest to the user may be presented to the user in the form of suggestions to be added to the user interface menu so that the user can elect to accept or rejection the suggestion to modify the menu.
