Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods enabling parties with little trust or no trust in each other to enter into and enforce value transfer agreements conditioned on input from or participation of a third party, over arbitrary distances, without special technical knowledge of the underlying transfer mechanism(s), optionally affording participation of third-party mediators, substitution of transferors and transferees, term substitution, revision, or reformation, etc. Such value transfers can occur reliably without involving costly third-party intermediaries who traditionally may otherwise be required, and without traditional exposure to counterparty risk.

Abstract: A humidification control device comprising a container with a chamber for storing and dispensing liquids and a base section in which is formed an opening with a contact surface around the opening's periphery. Also provided is a cigar having at least one exposed cut end and a receptacle, which is hermetically sealed, inside the container's chamber for receiving and retaining the cigar. Additionally provided is a closure plug having a tubular housing member with a closed bottom, a top with an opening and a projecting flange for engaging the opening in the base section conformable to the shape of the area of the container peripheral to the opening. The device includes a humidification source and a tubular case, which is adapted to releasably join with the tubular housing member of the closure plug, for holding the humidification source, and an opening defined by a projecting rim in the tubular case through which the humidification vapors may freely pass.

Information about game items can be stored on a separate server and users can be allowed to execute transactions on the items outside the game environment. Transactions relating to dynamic content can also be performed. Item and dynamic content changes can be updated dynamically as games execute.

Abstract: A liquid container having a vessel integrally formed and recessed within the container for holding cigars of various sizes, and a sealable opening in the container's bottom.The vessel extends vertically into the chamber from the opening in the bottom of the bottle and includes tapered sidewalls. The diameter at the top end of the vessel is smaller than the vessel's diameter at the bottom at the point of the opening to enable the cigar to be easily extracted from the vessel and, if desired, an unfinished cigar to be reinserted into the vessel. The vessel can be closed and sealed at the bottom to keep the cigar fresh and humidified. A device is inserted into the vessel behind the cigar for use in holding the cigar securely in place when the vessel is closed. To provide humidification, a device comprised of a porous material containing water can be inserted into the vessel along with the cigar.
