The modular device includes a riser housing comprising a chamber fluidly coupling a base opening in a base portion with a distal opening at a distal end and a shaped cavity housing comprising a shaped cavity, a primary opening and a secondary opening. A connector assembly releasably coupling the distal opening at the distal end of the riser housing to the secondary opening on the shaped cavity housing. An intumescent material is preferably located in the chamber.
