    Abstract: A reducer for an industrial motor including a housing assembly, an input shaft assembly, an output shaft assembly and a cogged belt. The housing assembly defines a cavity. The input shaft assembly includes a first sprocket. The input shaft assembly is coupled to the housing assembly and positioned within the housing. The input shaft is configured for coupling to a motor positioned outside of the cavity through the input opening. The output shaft assembly includes a second sprocket, and is coupled to the housing assembly while being positioned within the housing. The output shaft is configured for coupling to a mixer agitator assembly having an impeller positioned outside of the cavity through the output opening. The cogged belt couples the first sprocket to the second sprocket and being positioned within the cavity.
