  • Publication number: 20230140461
Abstract: Technologies are described herein for the administration of cryptocurrency. A currency transfer server is used to support the administration of a user wallet using a device capable of communicating via a cellular network. A coin transfer application receives instructions on how much cryptocurrency to send and the cellular number to which the cryptocurrency is to be sent. A temporary wallet is instantiated to receive the transfer, whereby the recipient receives a withdrawal code using a messaging application from the sender. Once received, the recipient can transfer the cryptocurrency from the temporary wallet to the recipient's wallet or use the temporary wallet as the permanent wallet.

  • Patent number: 10089167
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a method, system and computer program product for log file reduction according to problem space topology. A method for log file reduction according to problem space topology can include receiving a fault report for a fault in a solution executing in memory of one or more computers of a computer data processing system. The method further can include extracting references to at least two resources of the computer data processing system from the fault report. The method yet further can include filtering a set of all log files for the computer data processing system to only a subset of log files related to the at least two resources. Finally, the method can include displaying the subset of log files in a log file analyzer.

  • Publication number: 20170070468
Abstract: Technologies are described herein providing for prioritizing messages and bumping messages in a social collaboration application. In some examples, an input may be received that a message is a priority message. If prioritization is permitted, to notification of the prioritized message may be pushed to intended recipients of the message. In other examples, an input may be received that a message is to be bumped to the top of an information feed of a recipient that has received but not viewed the message. If the bump operation is permitted, the message is moved to the top of the information feed for the users that have not viewed the message.

  • Publication number: 20160314509
Abstract: Technologies are described herein providing technologies for audio uploading and sharing using a social collaboration application. In some examples, the collaboration application is a social collaboration application configured to allow users to share information in a social context. In various configurations, a collaboration application receives an input to share a portion of an audio file. The portion of the audio file is provided as an information feed to one or more users. The information feed may include a purchase feature whereby a user may purchase the right to download and play the audio file.

  • Patent number: 9430284
Abstract: Techniques to process virtual machine objects through multistep workflows in a computer system are described. In an example, a method of processing virtual machine objects through a workflow having a plurality of ordered steps in a computer system includes executing the workflow on computing resources of the computer system using the virtual machine objects as parametric input, where the computing resources: divide the virtual machine objects into workgroups; perform instances of a step of the workflow in parallel on the workgroups as the workgroups complete a prior step in the workflow; and execute an agent to delegate the workgroups to, and receive results from, the instances of the step as the workflow is executed.

  • Patent number: 9405630
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture to perform site recovery of a virtual data center are disclosed. An example method includes discovering a work item to be included in a protection group associated with a recovery plan. The work item is not included in the protection group prior to execution of the site recovery workflow and the work item is discovered during execution of a site recovery workflow. The method also includes causing an operation of the site recovery workflow to be performed on the work item, and storing, in a persistable data container, a work item identifier identifying the work item. A result indicating the outcome of the operation performed on the work item is also stored. In some examples, the persistable data container is accessible to a status output device.

  • Patent number: 8898269
Abstract: Network management data is managed by determining that a first version and a second version of a set of network management data have been created. The set of network management data is associated with a plurality of managed entities in a network. First and second network graphs are created based on the first version and second version of the set of network management data, respectively. The first and second network graphs include a first and second set of entities in the plurality of managed entities, respectively. A similarity metric is assigned between at least one or more entities in the first and second set of entities. At least a first entity in the first set of entities and at least a second entity in the second set of entities are determined to be identical entities based on the similarity metric being one of equal to and above a first given threshold.

  • Publication number: 20110258182
Abstract: In a document analysis system that receives and processes jobs from a plurality of users, in which each job may contain multiple electronic documents, to extract data from the electronic documents, a method of extracting data from a received electronic document page that includes multiple copies of a form is provided. The method comprising: automatically processing a received electronic document page that includes multiple copies of a form to group the multiple copies into corresponding number of records; automatically extracting data from each of the multiple copies of the form and saving the extracted data into the corresponding record; automatically comparing the extracted data in the records to determine which copy of the extracted data to select; if all extracted data instances are identical, assigning a high confidence score to the extracted data; and, if all extracted data instances are not identical, flagging the extracted data for a further processing.
