The sliding collar includes a retaining member for retaining the sliding collar within the base, and one or more apertures. In addition, an upper portion of the sliding collar has a diameter larger than a diameter of the inlet member; and a lower portion of the sliding collar has a diameter less than the diameter of the inlet member.
