    Abstract: A toilet and urinal drain unclogging device and method enabled thereby includes a plunger assembly, a central cylinder assembly and a rotating flexible rod assembly. By manually pushing the plunger assembly into the central cylinder assembly, a rotating flexible rod emerges from the bottom of the central cylinder assembly. The rotating flexible rod enters the drain where it is caused to contact and break up or remove the clog within the toilet or urinal drain.
