  • Publication number: 20070022096
Abstract: A method, system, and computer readable code for searching a plurality of web sites. Each web site provides a user search interface array including at least one user search interface for accessing text documents, each text document provided by the web sites includes a document body and optional labeling text, and A database is maintained including at least a partial representation of the respective user search interface array for each web site. At least one user search query associated with a plurality of search terms is received, and for each web site, a formulated search query is derived from the respective representation and from the user search query. According to some embodiments, the formulated query encodes directives to search the web site such that each received search term matches a value of a different respective text field of the text documents. A plurality of formulated search queries are broadcast to a plurality of web sites and search results of the broadcast queries are received.

  • Publication number: 20050048991
Abstract: A method and system for routing messages addressed to mobile devices that do not have a valid telephone number. The method includes receiving a message addressed to a recipient address having two sections: a first section with a two-part prefix comprising a mobile identification number (MIN) identifier and a network identifier, and a second section comprising a MIN; identifying from the first section that the second section is a MIN belonging to a destination network; stripping the two-part prefix from the address; and sending the message to the mobile device using the original MIN. The prefix is preferably of type AAABBB, where AAA is the MIN identifier and BBB is the network identifier. The system includes a message routing function operative to perform identification of the mobile device from the recipient address.

  • Publication number: 20040229635
Abstract: A method and system for appending text to unused space left by a sender when transmitting text message to a wireless device of a recipient. An attach appendix function preferably implemented in software provides an appendix that is attached to the text message in the unused space. The software determines the maximum length in characters allowed per-message to this recipient, and whether there is sufficient space remaining for an appendix. If sufficient space is available, the software retrieves a suitable appendix from a database of pre-defined messages and appends it to the original message. The original message along with the chosen appendix is then transmitted to the recipient.
