    Abstract: A dispensing system includes a container within which a material is contained. The dispensing system includes a nozzle, attached to the container, having a first portion and a second portion. The dispensing system includes a magnet attached to the first portion and a compliance system attached to the second portion. The compliance system includes a transmitter and a magnet sensor, coupled to the transmitter, for detecting a presence of the magnet when the first portion with respect to the second portion is in a closed position, and for detecting a non-presence of the magnet when the first portion with respect to the second portion is in an opened position. The transmitter transmits a wireless compliance signal indicative of the magnet sensor detecting at least one of the presence or the non-presence of the magnet.

The hygiene system includes a dispensing mechanism disposed within an interior of the hygiene system housing between the mounting portion and the surface portion. The dispensing mechanism is used to dispense the hygiene product. The hygiene system includes a display structure attached to the surface portion. The display structure supports a display medium disposed between an outer surface of the surface portion and an inner surface of the display structure. The display structure is substantially transparent such that the display medium is visible through the display structure.
