Abstract: A method of forecasting demand comprises the steps of providing a database containing information regarding a plurality of parts, accessing the database to create a first demand forecast for at least one of the plurality of parts, identifying a group from the plurality of parts, and accessing the database to create a second demand forecast for the group.

Abstract: Packages for holding a product therein have a generally rectangular resilient body having opposing primary front and rear walls, opposing first and second sidewalls extending therebetween, and top and bottom portions attached to portions of the front and rear walls. The packages include a corner cutout portion that exposes a portion of a product held in the package thereby allowing direct visual and/or tactile access by potential customers. The corner cutout portion can be a top corner cutout portion that extends over three-dimensions of the resilient package.

Abstract: A rack assembly for holding articles for display on an upstanding mounting wall or panel having one or more mounting slots includes an elongate rack. In position, the elongate rack projects outwardly a distance from the mounting wall or panel to reside in a substantially horizontal orientation. The elongate rack is configured to releaseably engage with at least one of the mounting slots. An elongate hanger is suspended from the rack and has a plurality of slot patterns therein. The elongate hanger resides in a substantially vertical orientation. A plurality of discrete, soft fabric articles are held by the slot patterns of the hanger.

Abstract: The display systems include a plurality of wall-mountable racks for holding articles for display on an upstanding mounting wall or panel. Each rack includes an elongate rack having opposing spaced apart first and second end portions and an intermediate portion that together present a continuous curvilinear profile when viewed from the top. In position, the elongate rack projects outwardly a distance from the mounting wall or panel to laterally extend in a substantially horizontal orientation. The system also includes a plurality of hangers slidably mounted to the rack and plurality of discrete articles. The elongate rack is configured to releaseably engage with a selected slot or slots of a multi-slot panel or wall. The display systems are particularly suitable for displaying soft fabric drapery samples.
