  • Publication number: 20240094870
Abstract: Various aspects and embodiments are directed to a streamlined computer device and a graphical user interface that organizes interface elements into views of computer content for presentation to a user. Various views of digital media content permits users to easily and efficiently access various digital media content. Different views are used to provide an interface that is responsive to configurations of the device and responsive to activity being performed by the user. Aspects include permitting the user to maintain and manage digital media content libraries. According to some embodiments, the libraries comprise user digital media content and references digital media content. Functionality provided to a user can be tailored to the type of content displayed, accessed and/or managed. According to various aspects, methods and systems are provided for accessing and managing digital media libraries on a streamlined computing device with a plurality selectable I/O profiles.

  • Patent number: 11936932
Abstract: A video monitoring system can include multiple collectors to receive video beacon data from multiple video monitoring interface modules. At least one beacon stream is connected to receive data from multiple collectors. A processing module receives the beacon stream and provides a real-time event stream used for real-time data analysis and a video view stream used for long-term data analysis.

  • Patent number: 8581160
Abstract: A gyroscopic stabilizer has a ring mounted at a missile rocket nozzle exit for rotation about the exit. The ring bears vanes extended inwardly into gases exiting from the nozzle and configured for rotation by the exiting gases so that the rotating mass of the ring gyroscopically stabilizes the missile. The ring may be mounted by a bearing having rolling elements or sliding surfaces. The axial length of the ring may be substantially less than its diameter. The ring has a low moment of inertia and is accelerated to stabilizing speed by vanes minimally impeding the exiting gases. When the stabilizer is used on a rocket propelled missile launched from a tube, the missile is fully stabilized in the tube before burnout and there is no rotational friction between the tube and the missile.

  • Patent number: 5277611
Abstract: An arrangement is provided for connecting an electrical connector to a mating printed circuit board. The connector includes a dielectric housing having top and bottom walls joined by spaced apart side walls. An elongated slot is defined by the top and bottom walls for receiving the mating printed circuit board. A plurality of terminals are mounted in the housing with contact portions along the slot for engaging contact pads on the circuit board. At least one pair of aligned apertures pass through the top and bottom walls of the housing, and an aperture in the circuit board is adapted for alignment with the housing apertures when the circuit board is inserted into the slot. A fastener is received in the housing apertures and the aligned board aperture to maintain the board in mating relationship with the connector. The fastener is adapted to clamp against the top and bottom walls of the housing.
