  • Patent number: 12000778
Abstract: A system and method for encapsulating commercially significant attributes of a hydrocarbon product into a single digital signature are presented. The digital signature may be generated from a physical product sample using optical techniques such as NIR spectroscopy. Digital signatures may be expressed in the form of composition, principle components derived from the spectra, or other properties derived from the original spectra which characterize, and help visualize, the variation present within the signals. Other physical property measurements and contaminant measurements may also be included in the digital signature and may be derived from the same measurement device or separate measurement devices whose output is integrated into a single digital signature. Embodiments of the invention may be used to confirm the identity of a hydrocarbon product, or to verify the composition of a hydrocarbon product.

  • Patent number: 11936796
Abstract: Described implementations obtain credential information including an encrypted digital identity (ID). The encrypted digital ID may include a public component of a credential and identity data. Furthermore, the credential information may include cryptographically obfuscated data based on the identity data and a private component of the credential. A proof is obtained that includes proof data. The proof data may confirm that the credential information was correctly generated. Verification of the proof data, and confirmation that the cryptographically obfuscated data is not associated in a collection of cryptographically obfuscated data, cause a computer-implemented service to issue a pseudonym. The pseudonym is usable to generate a relationship associated with a computer-implemented service.

  • Publication number: 20240082796
Abstract: A method and apparatus for diffusing or reducing gas into a liquid is described. This invention covers several different methods for infusing or reducing gas into a liquid with a feedback loop that monitors specific parameters of the process and can vary controls to achieve a targeted value or keep within a range of values. The parameter of interest is the ORP (Oxidative Reduction Potential) and one way to determine that value is using an ORP sensor to directly measure it at various points in the process such as on the untreated incoming process fluid, right after infusing the reducing gas, or later in the process such as where the fluid is discharged back into the original tank in the case of a recirculating system or when it is discharged to the next phase of the treatment train.

  • Publication number: 20240086037
Abstract: A computing device (e.g., a server, a cloud-based device, a network device, an item analysis device, etc.) may receive location information indicating a geographic location of a user device and image data captured by the user device of a listing (e.g., a menu, an event ticket, a content source, etc.) for a selectable item. The computing device may determine an entity offering the selectable item based on the location information. An intent indicator for the selectable item may be determined based on the entity and the information for the selectable item. An instruction to the user device may cause modification of the image data to indicate the intent indicator based on the intent indicator satisfying an intent threshold that defines a level at which an intent is classified as a positive intent.
