  • Publication number: 20240091652
Abstract: Methods and systems for tracking a game asset used in a video game includes receiving game inputs provided by a player during gameplay of the video game. The game inputs are analyzed to determine when the game inputs result in the occurrence of a significant event in the video game. A digital asset is awarded to the player providing the game inputs for the significant event. A non-fungible token is generated for the digital asset earned by the player and a value indicative of intrinsic value of the significant event is computed and associated with the digital asset. The non-fungible token is used to monitor use of the digital asset.

  • Publication number: 20240082710
Abstract: Methods and systems for tracking a game asset used in a video game includes generating a non-fungible token for the game asset used in the video game. Use of the game asset in the video game is monitored during gameplay to identify a qualifying event occurring in the video game in which the game asset is used. The NFT is updated using metadata associated with the qualifying event. The metadata is used to build legacy of the game asset and to track use of the digital asset in the video game.

  • Patent number: 11874959
Abstract: A non-text notification bubble or other graphical object can be presented during an augmented reality, mixed reality, or virtual reality simulation to notify a user that a real-world object is approaching or has crossed a boundary for an interaction space within which the user is to interact with the simulation. Responsive to the system identifying the user as looking at the bubble or other graphical object, the system may then present another notification about the real-world object approaching or crossing the boundary. The real-world object may be an intrusion into the interaction space, such as a human or animal crossing into the space.

  • Patent number: 11727774
Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) audio can be presented during an augmented reality, mixed reality, or virtual reality simulation to notify a user that a real-world object is approaching or has crossed a boundary for an interaction space within which the user is to interact with the simulation. The 3D audio may indicate the current location of the intrusion or boundary while still leaving the user immersed in the simulation.

  • Publication number: 20230042269
Abstract: Data processing/GUIs for NFT block chain data to “tell the story” of ownership or highlight “cool” aspects of a computer game-related NFT in simplified way. Machine learning (ML) may be used to boil down the complexity of data to what people need or want to understand. The displayed timeline of ownership as presented in a GUI can be interactive. Types of metadata to encapsulate in the NFT are discussed.
