  • Patent number: 10767758
Abstract: Transmission control devices may have two control boxes, and a planar transmission control plate disposed between the two control boxes. The transmission control plate seals the intermediate space between the two control boxes or the channel portions and borings thereof in the form of a flat gasket. The plate also makes available throughflow-openings between channels or borings in the control boxes for a fluid, the fluid in the channels controlling the function of a transmission. The sealing function is achieved by embossed beads and/or partial coatings.

  • Patent number: 10627002
Abstract: A transmission control device has two mutually oppositely arranged counter-components, for example control boxes, and a planar transmission control plate, which is arranged between the two counter-components. The transmission control plate seals the clearance between the two counter-components or their channel portions and bores in the form of a flat seal. The plate also provides through-openings between channels or bores, respectively, in the opposing counter-components, where the fluid in the channels controls the function of a transmission. The sealing function is realized by stamped beads and/or partial coatings. Transmission control plates therefore have fluid through-flow openings so the fluid can flow through from one side of the plate to the other side of the plate.

  • Publication number: 20190211930
Abstract: A flat gasket may have a carrier layer and at least one first sealing layer, where a through-opening for a fluid passes through the flat gasket and all the layers thereof. At least one spring element having a spring plate and a retaining region for the spring plate may be provided. The retaining region may be connected to the spring plate and surrounding the latter at least in some regions. The spring element may be part of the first sealing layer, or the spring element is arranged, in projection onto the layer plane of the carrier layer, at least in some regions or entirely in the through-opening through the flat gasket, including in the throughflow opening through the carrier layer. It may be connected to the first sealing layer at least in some regions in a form-fitting and/or materially bonded manner.

  • Publication number: 20190203836
Abstract: A temperature-control device for cooling or heating a heat exchanger fluid is disclosed. The device may have a base plate and a heat exchanger element. The base plate may have at least one throughflow opening as an inlet or outlet for the heat exchanger fluid. Furthermore, the temperature-control device may have a spring element which has a spring plate and a retaining region for the spring plate, which retaining region is connected to the spring plate and surrounds the latter at least in some regions. A spring plate seat for abutment for the spring plate may be included, and optionally a receiving region for receiving the spring element in and/or adjacent to the base plate. The spring plate, in a projection of the spring plate perpendicular to the areal extent thereof, is arranged within the throughflow opening.

  • Publication number: 20190136879
Abstract: A hydraulic system control plate with at least three layers, at least one through-opening being introduced in an inner one of the three layers and being delimited, on at least one part of its surface in the inner layer, by the two other layers is disclosed. A method for producing such a hydraulic system control plate is disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9746078
Abstract: The invention relates to a flat seal such as those that are used in motor vehicle construction in particular. Such flat seals can be used for example as seals in the exhaust tract of internal combustion engines, as cylinder head gaskets, or also as hydraulic system control plates. Hydraulic system control plates, such as transmission control plates for example, always have a sealing function in addition to a fluid control function simultaneously.
