  • Patent number: 10718328
Abstract: A threaded spindle machine includes a metal middle housing part (12) arranged between housing end caps (24) and forming a fluid chamber (16) for receiving a plurality of threaded spindles rotatably supported in the housing end caps (24); an insert (18) adhered into the middle housing part, which insert forms a wear-resistant running surface for the threaded spindles on the inner wall of the fluid chamber (16) and defines an adhesive gap (20) with the inner surface of the middle housing part (12); and at least one filling channel (26) leading from an outer surface of the middle housing part (12) to the adhesive gap (20), and the filling channel (26) extends from an end of the middle housing part (12) which is adjacent to a housing end cap (24).

  • Patent number: 9759326
Abstract: A sealing arrangement for a pump shaft, includes a restrictor section (18) arranged along the shaft (16) and separating a high-pressure chamber (12) of the pump from a sealing chamber (20), a seal (22) arranged on the shaft (16) and between the sealing chamber (20) and a low-pressure chamber (30), a restrictor leakage line (34) leading from the sealing chamber (20) to the exterior, and a seal leakage line (42) leading from the low-pressure chamber (30) to the exterior, wherein a section of the seal leakage line (42) runs through the interior of the restrictor leakage line (34).

  • Patent number: 7156718
Abstract: In a method and apparatus for machining spiral bevel gears a rotationally symmetric tool is driven about its axis of rotation as it is moved, along with a workpiece, into a respective initial starting position. The workpiece is rotated about one tooth index, and a complete tooth space is processed via a generating method to a preset generating depth. The tool and workpiece each reach first end roll positions and are then moved into respective second starting positions near the previously reached end roll position. The workpiece is once again rotated about a tooth index and another complete tooth space is generated using a roll direction reversed relative to the initial tooth generating process. The tool and workpiece reach a second end roll position near the first start position and these steps are repeated until all the tooth spaces of the workpiece have been processed.
