  • Patent number: 11929527
Abstract: A fuel cell device of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The fuel cell device includes a fuel cell, a supply air path leading to the fuel cell for a cathode supply air flow, and an exhaust air path leading away from the fuel cell for a cathode exhaust air flow. The supply air path and the exhaust air path are routed through a humidifier that humidifies the supply air and dehumidifies the exhaust air. The exhaust air path is further routed through a water separator that removes water from the exhaust air to provide evaporation water. A heat exchanger for cooling the fuel cell is provided that has an evaporative cooler for cooling the heat exchanger. The evaporative cooler is assigned to the water separator in fluidic communication and is supplied with evaporation water by the water separator.

  • Publication number: 20210354328
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a three-dimensionally deformed plate made of a wood fiber material comprises providing a prefabricated, flat wood fiber material plate as the original plate, preheating the original plate in sections, wetting the preheated section of the original plate with an atomized liquid mixture of water and a separating agent, introducing a section of the original plate that is preheated and wetted with a liquid mixture of water and a separating agent between two rollers of a molding station, wherein the rollers respectively provide a corrugated profile in the peripheral direction of the external surface, such that the original plate is being deformed in sections into a plate with a wave shape, wherein rollers are being used, the respective profiling of which has half-waves which follow one another in the peripheral direction and which at least partially have a different extension in the peripheral direction.

  • Publication number: 20160292539
Abstract: A method associates objects with object classes. In order to render an association efficient, an object is optically captured, object characteristics describing the object are created from the optical data obtained there from, and the object characteristics are compared with a plurality of class characteristics, each of which is characteristic of one of a plurality of object classes. The object is then associated with an object class in accordance with the result of the comparison.

  • Patent number: 8467569
Abstract: A method and an apparatus transport an article of mail. During a first decision-making process, an image of the article is generated and evaluated to generate a first vector. Further, a transport attribute is measured and stored together with the first vector. The transport of the article is continued on the basis of the measured transport attribute value. During a further decision-making process, an image of the article is generated and evaluated to generate a second vector. The transport attribute value is determined with the aid of the second vector. The transport of the article is continued on the basis of the stored and determined transport attribute value. The article is provided with an optically detectable element. The first vector is generated such that it contains that value assumed by the feature for the article if the surface of the article had already been provided with the optically detectable element.

  • Publication number: 20060080927
Abstract: The invention relates to profiled elements (P) for the interior and exterior mounting, each element comprising at its lateral edges connection portions (10, 20) for establishing tongue and groove connections, and the connection portions (10, 20) comprising co-ordinated bulges (14, 24, 25) and recesses (12, 13, 22, 23) to provide a multi-level engaging of the tongue (10) into the groove (20). At least the groove (20) is comprising at each of its bottom and top sides (U, O) two bulges (24, 25) and/or recesses. The bulges (14, 24, 25) and recesses (12, 13, 22, 23) are symmetrically formed towards the transverse axis of the profiled element. The tongue (20) comprises a notch, in particular a V-shaped groove (27), which takes up the bolt head of a mounting screw (M). Thus the elements can be assembled and installed more easily and fast. Laminates or composites made of that elements are very flexible to compensate material-conditioned dimension changes caused by varying temperature and dampness.
