  • Patent number: 11866964
Abstract: A door handle arrangement for a vehicle includes a housing which is fastenable to a body part of a vehicle body, and a handle lever which is mounted in a handle cutout of the housing so as to be movable between an inoperative position and an actuating position in order to unlock and/or open a vehicle door. The handle lever is mounted with play in the housing. At least one compensating element is provided which is designed to be fastened to at least one fastening portion of the body part. The compensating element forms at least one contact portion for the handle lever. The handle lever is pretensioned into its inoperative position against the at least one contact portion.

  • Publication number: 20230313589
Abstract: A method for operating a flap assembly of a motor vehicle, a drive assembly for the motorized adjustment of the flap, a motor vehicle lock, and a flap sensor assembly for identifying a flap position, wherein the drive assembly has at least one drive which is restorably movement-coupled to the flap, with an electric drive motor, wherein the motor vehicle lock fixes the flap in a closed position in a main locked state, wherein the drive motor is activated by a drive control system of the drive assembly depending on the identified flap position. It is proposed that when the identified flap position reaches a predetermined braking initiation position situated before an end position in a movement procedure of the flap, the drive motor is activated in a braking routine by the drive control system in such a way that the drive assembly produces a motorized braking effect.

  • Patent number: 11643855
Abstract: Door handle assembly for a vehicle has a handle (10) mounted on a handle support (60) and one or more rest positions and at least one release position. The assembly has at least three different positions, —a flush or retracted position, in which the handle (10) is flush or retracted with respect to an outer door surface, —a deployed position, in which the handle (10) protrudes or protrudes to a greater extent than in the retracted position, —and the at least one release position. The handle (10) is connected to the handle support (60) via two links (21, 22) and rotational joints wherein one joint (22.1) also has a translational degree of freedom wherein a movement of the joint (22.1) along the translational degree of freedom is configured to mechanically actuate the door lock (120) or door lock (120) function.

  • Patent number: 11268307
Abstract: An actuating device, for a motor vehicle door lock, having a handle part grippable by one hand and being movable by a mechanism from a rest position into a standby position, and being movable manually into an actuating position starting from the standby position, the actuating device configured to actuate the door lock if the handle part reaches the actuating position, the actuating device having a device for reducing a transverse play of the handle parts such that the transverse play in the standby position is reduced with respect to the transverse play in a position between the rest position and the standby position, the device for reducing the transverse play configured to completely or partially cancel again the reduction of the transverse play in the standby position if the handle part is moved from the standby position into the actuating position.

  • Patent number: 11203887
Abstract: A switch actuating device (1) for a vehicle door includes an actuating element (10) with an actuating surface (11), a mechanical switch (20) and a mechanism (30). The switch is secured on a first component/component group (31). A lever (32) is mounted for pivot in relation to the first component/component group (31). A first region (32.2) of the lever is connected to a first part of the actuating element (10) via a first articulation (10.1). A second part of the actuating element (10) is mounted on the first component/component group (31) via a second articulation (10.2). The actuating element (10) bends when the actuating surface (11) is subjected to manual pressure causing the distance between the first articulation (10.1) and the second articulation (10.2) to shorten, which causes the lever (32) to pivot toward the switch such that the switch is switched.

  • Publication number: 20190264473
Abstract: An arrangement for actuating a component of a vehicle, wherein the component has a manually actuable actuating portion which is mounted on the vehicle so as to be movable between a closed position and an open position, wherein the arrangement comprises a control element and an electric drive which is connected to the control element via an electrical connection, wherein, when the actuating portion moves into its open position, the control element activates the electric drive, and therefore the electric drive actuates the component, wherein a centrifugal weight element is mounted movably on the arrangement, wherein the centrifugal weight element is moved from an inoperative position into an interruption position by a predetermined acceleration acting on the component and moving the actuating portion into the open position, wherein, in the interruption position, the centrifugal weight element interrupts the electrical connection between the control element and the electric drive.
