    Abstract: Methods are disclosed which can be performed by a network node for sending to a wireless device a first synchronization signal and an associated information message, for synchronization of the wireless device with the network node. The network node and the wireless device operate in a wireless communications network. The network node sends the first synchronization signal in N OFDM symbols within a subframe, at least once in a time and frequency position in every one of the N OFDM symbols. N is equal or larger than 2. For each sending of the first synchronization signal, the network node sends an associated information message at a pre-defined time and frequency position in an OFDM symbol. The pre-defined time and frequency position is relative to the time and frequency position of the first synchronization signal. The associated information message is associated with the first synchronization signal.

    Abstract: A technique for transmitting and receiving a configuration message for a phase tracking reference signal, PT-RS, on a radio channel between a radio access node and a radio device is described. The radio channel comprises a plurality of subcarriers in a physical resource block, PRB. A subset of the subcarriers in the PRB is allocated to a demodulation reference signal, DM-RS. As to a method aspect of the technique, the configuration message is transmitted to the radio device. The configuration message comprises a bit field that is indicative of at least one subcarrier allocated to the PT-RS among the subset of subcarriers allocated to the DM-RS.

The wireless device also receives an appropriate activation command and transmits SP-CSI in a PUCCH resource; a periodic CSI in a PUCCH resource; and/or a SP-CSI in a PUSCH resource. In this way, reliability of SP-CSI on PUSCH, or SP-CSI on PUCCH, or periodic CSI on PUCCH can be improved by repeating the SP-CSI or periodic CSI over multiple TRPs.

The user equipment estimates one or more large-scale channel properties for an antenna port of interest in the downlink control channel based on a subset of reference signals that correspond to antenna ports in the cellular communications network that are quasi co-located with the antenna port of interest with respect to the one or more large-scale channel properties. As a result of using the quasi co-located antenna ports, estimation of the one or more large-scale channel properties is substantially improved.
