The supporting and driving mechanism comprises two elevator frames, a push rod, worm gear, three support rods, two crank linkages, two struts and three driving rods. The three driving rods are supported by three support rods respectively. The base is disposed under the support rods. The supporting and actuating mechanism is disposed under the frame assembly.
