The coupling assembly may include a first end defining a mounting bracket and a second end defining a pivot point about which the windshield panel pivots. An inoperative position may be when the windshield panel is moved forwardly or rearwardly, e.g., approximately 90°. The windshield panel may be configured out of polycarbonate plastic. The windshield assembly may further include a handguard element connected to the windshield panel.
