    Abstract: Certain embodiments of the present disclosure provide techniques for generating natural language content describing a workflow in an application from recordings of actions performed to execute the workflow. An example method generally includes generating a description of actions performed to complete the workflow in a first version of the application. The workflow in a second version of the application is executed based on the generated description of actions. An updated description of actions performed to complete the workflow is generated based on executing the workflow in the second version of the application. Natural language content describing the workflow is generated, using a natural language generation engine, based on the updated description of actions performed to complete the workflow. The natural language content describing the workflow is output to a user-accessible content repository associated with the application.
