The wheelchair includes a main chassis and front and rear chassis that are removably received in the main chassis and are extendable in frontward and rearward directions. A reclining back frame is rotatably mounted to the rear side of the main chassis and is in driving coupling with the rear chassis so that when the rear chassis is extended, the reclining back frame is moved from a substantially upright position to a horizontal position to convert the wheelchair to a push-cot.

    Abstract: An apparatus for locating interlocking intramedullary nails comprises a slide device which is disposed at the near end of the nails and is capable of adjustment in various directions. The slide device is provided with a locking structure, a locating rod, or drilling guide sleeve. The relative positions of the near end and the far end threaded holes of the interlocking intramedullary nails of various hole intervals and specifications are adjusted by the slide device in accordance with the body size of a patient under treatment. The drilling position of the drilling guide sleeve can be attained with precision and speed.

    Abstract: An intramedullary nail guide rod for surgical treatment of a fractured tibia or femur comprises a hand grip, a sleeve and a graduated guide rod. The sleeve is fastened at one end thereof to the hand grip and provided at another end thereof with a threaded hole. The graduated guide rod has a measuring scale ranging between 0 cm and 70 cm at an interval of 0.5 cm. (length and interval can be increase or reduce according to the operational requirement) The graduated guide rod is provided at one end thereof with a fastening slot engageable with the threaded hole of the sleeve in conjunction with a fastening bolt. The graduated guide rod is further provided at another end thereof with a disk head.

    Abstract: An all positional and universal guiding device for interlocking intramedullary nail is provided with a locating seat which is movably disposed at an outer end of the handle of an osteopathic intramedullary nail.
