  • Patent number: 11972583
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fluorescence image registration method, the method includes: acquiring a fluorescence image of a biochip; selecting a preset local region of the fluorescence image; acquiring a position of a minimum value of a sum of brightness values of pixels in a first direction and a second direction, and obtaining pixel-level registration points; dividing the pixel-level registration points into non-defective pixels and defective pixels; if the fluorescence image meets the preset standard, correcting positions of the defective pixels according to positions of the non-defective pixels; acquiring a position of a center of gravity of image points of fluorescent molecules according to a center of gravity method; fitting straight lines in the first direction and the second direction respectively according to the position of the center of gravity; and acquiring boundary points of the fluorescence image and calculating the positions of the boundary points.

  • Patent number: 7435336
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for carrying our gas-liquid countercurrent processing comprising passing the liquid material and the gas reactant in countercurrent flow through the fixed bed of catalyst in a reactor, characterized in that the fixed bed of catalyst includes two or more catalyst layers, with the difference of voidage between the adjacent catalyst layers being at least 0.05. The voidages of the catalyst layers can be increased or decreased in the direction of the flow of the liquid phase. The process of the invention can be effected with an increased range of gas-liquid ratio and an improved stability and flexibility.

  • Patent number: 6726833
Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for hydroconverting a heavy hydrocarbon chargestock, wherein said chargestock oil is first contacted with a highly active homogeneous hydrogenation catalyst to effect the hydrogenation reaction so that macromolecular radicals of the residue (the precursor of coke) form as less as possible, thereby decreasing the output of coke in the hydrocracking of the residue; when the reaction proceeds to a certain extent, a solid powder is added to adsorb the macromolecular radicals of the residue formed during the reaction and lower their reaction activity, thereby preventing them from further condensing to coke and/or depositing due to polymerization. The synergetic action of the two sorts of substances makes it possible to produce substantively no coke or less coke during the hydrogenation of residue in a suspension bed and prolong the operation lifetime of the unit.
